About us

Built on dignity.
Driven by community.

At New Life Housing Program, we provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where residents feel and support their independence, dignity, and well-being with kindness, respect and integrity.

WHO WE ARE

More than housing — a foundation a new life.

New Life Housing was started with a simple but powerful belief: every person deserves a stable, safe place to call home. What began as a single transitional housing program  has grown into a comprehensive network of services supporting hundreds of adults each year.

We work with adults who have experienced chronic homelessness, substance use recovery, and other barriers to stable housing. Our approach is person-centered — we meet people where they are, without judgment, and walk with them toward lasting independence.

Our programs combine transitional and permanent supportive housing with wraparound services: case management, life skills training, employment support, and community connection. We don't just place people in housing — we help them build the skills and confidence to stay there.

WHAT WE STAND FOR

Our Core Values

Dignity First

Every person who walks through our doors is treated with unconditional respect. We build trust before we build plans.

Housing as a Right

We believe stable housing is a fundamental human need — not a reward to be earned. Our programs reflect that conviction.

Whole-Person Care

We address the full picture: mental health, employment, community, and belonging — not just the roof overhead.

Community Accountability

We are accountable to the people we serve, the neighborhoods we work in, and the donors who make our work possible.

HOW WE WORK

A proven path from crisis to stability

Our four-stage model has a proven track record for success. It's flexible enough to meet each person's unique situation, and structured enough to deliver consistent outcomes.

01         Outreach & Intake

We meet people where they are — on the street, in shelters, or through referrals. Our intake process is trauma-informed and judgment-free.

02       Transitional Housing

Participants move into safe, furnished housing with on-site support. Case managers help stabilize health, benefits, and daily routines.

03       Skills & Employment

Life skills workshops, financial literacy coaching, and job placement support build the foundation for long-term independence.

04       Permanent Housing

We provide participants with permanent supportive & affordable housing.
