How to Apply
Getting started is simpler than you think.
Our intake process is confidential, judgment-free, and designed to meet you where you are. No paperwork required to start — just a conversation.
1. Submit intake form
Complete a short intake form online. It takes about 10 minutes. You'll share basic information about your current housing situation and what kind of support you're looking for.
2. Intake call
A member of our intake team will call you within 48 hours to learn more about your needs and answer any questions. This is a confidential conversation — there's no judgment, just listening.
3. Program match
Based on your intake call, within 3–5 business days, we'll identify the right program for you — transitional housing, case management, or a referral to a partner organization if we're not the best fit.
4. Placement and move-in
Once matched, we'll coordinate your move-in. We handle the details — furnished room, utilities, and a welcome meeting with your case manager to start building your stability plan.
